It was a great pleasure to have such a wonderful Corporate training from your end. I would really love to share some of my personal observation according to this event and I must say that most of our colleagues would have the same feeling as I do. The event started with a well-organized corporate dress code and behavioral etiquette which was not only helpful to deal with a corporate environment but also to polish ourselves in any situation at any place. ফেব্রুয়ারিতে একটা ট্রেইনিং ছিল আমার। সাধারণত ট্রেইনিং বলতে যা বুঝায় সেই ধারণা নিয়েই DBTI এ হাজির হলাম। তবে ট্রেইনিং রুমে গিয়েই বেশ অবাক হয়েছি। টেবিল চেয়ার গুলো একেবারে অন্য রকম করে সাজিয়েq রাখা। যেখানে বসলে সবাই সবাইকে দেখতে পাবে। ব্যাপারটা খুব ভালো লাগলো। একদম ঘড়ির কাঁটায় ১০ টা বাজতেই আমাদের ট্রেইনার রুমে প্রবেশ করলেন। ট্রেইনার ম্যামের সময় জ্ঞান আমাকে বেশ মুগ্ধ করেছে। এরপর শুরু হলো ট্রেইনিং। আসলে ট্রেইনিং না বলে Professional Life Style visualization বলাই ভালো। Professional, casual, semi-casual ড্রেস আপ, গেট আপ, etiquettes, প্রফেসনাল manners সহ আরো কত কিছু যে এক ঝলকে ম্যাম বুঝিয়ে দিলেন! এত চমৎকার presentation ছিল! এই ট্রেইনিং এর অনেক কিছুই আমি জানতাম কিন্তু জীবনে প্রয়োগ করিনি। আবার অনেক কিছু জীবনে প্রয়োগ করেছি অবচেতন মনে কিন্তু সেটা যে আসলেই প্রফেসনাল প্র্যাকটিস ছিল সেটা জানতাম না। জানা, না জানা এবং প্রয়োগ করা ও প্রয়োগ না করার এই সমন্বয় টা ছিল দারুন। ট্রেইনার ম্যাম যেমন অসম্ভব ভালো কমিউনিকেট করেছেন ঠিক তেমনি প্রফেসনাল ছিল তাঁর পুরো টিম। কোঅর্ডিনেট থেকে শুরু করে ফটোগ্রাফি পর্যন্ত অসাধারণ সমন্বয়। এই প্রথম ট্রেনিংয়ে আমার চমৎকার কিছু ছবি তুলে আমাকে ভীষন ভাবে মুগ্ধ করেছেন ফটোগ্রাফার নন্দিতা। অসাধারণ কমিউনিকেশন স্কিল নিয়ে যোগাযোগ করে মুগ্ধ করেছেন রাহা। সব মিলিয়ে ট্রেইং টা ছিল দারুন উপভোগ্য এবং তথ্যবহুল। এ ধরনের ট্রেইনিং খুবই জরুরি প্রফেসনাল জীবনে। তবে আমার মনে হয়েছে আরো সচেতনভাবে নিজেকে আপডেট করতে এই ধরনের ট্রেইনিংএ অন্তত ২/৩ দিনের জন্য অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারলে খুব ভালো হবে। Team Poise by Mafruha Shams এর জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভ কামনা। আশা করি অদূর ভবিষ্যতে আমাদের আবার অন্য কোনো ট্রেনিংয়ে দেখা হবে।
