1. Booking & Payment

Your appointment time is specially reserved for you. A full one-time payment is required upon booking to confirm the session, as we allocate our team and schedule in advance.

2. Refund Policy

We understand plans may change and aim to keep things fair for both sides:

•15 days before: 50% refund

•Within 7 or 3 days: 25% refund

•If Poise by MS cancels: 100% refund

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once, with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

4. No-Show

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

5. Agreement

By booking with Poise by MS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
